I believe that yoga is a lifestyle - one that incorporates meditation, movement, breath, body awareness, mindfulness, and community.

What does that mean? It means that right here in front of you - with yoga and meditation - you have the tools to help you feel better physically and emotionally - tools you can use anytime, anywhere. What do I offer? I offer you a holistic approach to yoga - Yin, Restorative, Flow, Hatha, Meditation, Myofascial Release and Healthy Living Tips each week - from my heart - and home - to yours.
Yoga changed MY life. Before I found yoga I was exhausted, overwhelmed, stressed, disconnected from the world and my own body. I pushed myself SO hard I made myself sick!
Yoga brought me a strong and supportive community, body awareness (I can not only touch my toes but I respect my body and treat it with more kindness), strength and flexibility, and a sense of stillness and peace. It has helped me reconnect with myself, and the world around me in supportive, caring, kind relationships helping me live a healthier, happier life EVERY SINGLE DAY!
