Yoga changed MY life. Yoga gave me a strong and supportive community, body awareness (I can not only touch my toes but I respect my body and treat it with more kindness), strength and flexibility, and a sense of stillness and peace. It has helped me reconnect with myself, and the world around me in supportive, caring, kind relationships helping me live a healthier, happier life EVERY SINGLE DAY!
