Embody the Elements
Chinese Five Element Theory offers us a way to connect to our interbeing and interconnected nature of self and the natural world through exploration of 5 elements.  These five elements (wood, fire, earth, metal, water), relate to seasons, transitions between seasons, energy cycles, and offer us a way to live in alignment with nature and the cycles.  By working with these elements, we build awareness of the nature of each element, and their connection within our bodies.
Join me as we explore each element through breath, movement, stillness, and mindfulness - building a deeper connection to the workings of our bodies, nature, and the cycles of our lives.

 Explore the elements through embodiment - working with the corresponding meridians and meridian organ systems in Yin, Restorative, and mindful flow practices to bring balance throughout your body.
