Yoga philosophy has a deep pathway to explore.  Did you know that the poses or asana practices we most often engage with are not the 1st step on the yoga path?  The path is eightfold - 8 limbs - with the Yamas and Niyamas...the basic tenets of how we live and how we interact with others...being the first steps on the path.
