The New Moon is an energetically powerful time to connect to our intentions for the coming month, reflect on and release what no longer supports us, nurture our "seeds" of intention, and prepare ourselves to invite in what we most desire in our lives. We can observe and honor our own cycles and rhythms through lunar cycles. Using affirmations, breath, mindful movement, and meditation we come into a state of energetic awareness and presence in preparation for the new lunar cycle.

Join me for online live streaming practices - yoga melded with mindfulness, affirmation, guided pranayama and meditation sweetened with poetry and prose. The perfect way to start your week and the New Moon cycle. Set your intention, connect to your inner guide, and practice self care. All levels and abilities welcome.
Upon registration, you will receive an email with the link to the class 24-48 hours prior to class start (please contact me if you do not receive the link within 24 hours of event start). Space opens at 9:55am Central (US/Canada) and class officially begins at 10:00am Central (US/Canada). Please download Zoom to your preferred device prior to the practice. Classes are approximately 60 minutes in length.
Prepare your space with all the coziest things - candles, soft music, incense/essential oils, warm socks, comfortable clothing, and create a beautiful and supportive space for your practice.
