You now know your Prakriti or basic constitutional dosha. What now?
Your basic dosha gives you some insight into how/why your body sleeps, wakes, digests, exercises, physically feels and much, much more. Insight alone is VERY important and very useful because good health requires that you get in touch with your body and respond to it. So, just knowing your basic dosha can help you better understand the how/why/when your body needs something. But, you can go further with Ayurveda by choosing to include some or many of the habits, foods, etc. into your daily living. From your morning routine to your sleep routine - Ayurveda can help you become the best you!
