Restorative yoga is an oft neglected practice. In our rush to get things done we imagine that lying around, supported by props is decadent and wasteful. So not true. Restorative yoga can be VERY helpful in therapeutically resetting your body back to balance. In this practice we are using Restorative yoga poses to open the hips and also to maintain good hip health.
What does that mean? Mobility. We hold so much tension - both physical and emotional - in our hips that a good supported yoga practice is necessary to release and open the entire hip complex. This practice does just that! We work our way around the ENTIRE hip area with lots of stretches and supported holds. I think you will be surprised at how much Restorative can do for you! If you want to spend more time in each pose, please do (I have ranges below). I have added an extra pose here to deepen the practice so enjoy! Please Subscribe to my YouTube channel for a NEW practices each week! http://bit.ly/TheYogaRangerStudio AND/OR join me for EXCLUSIVE weekly content, 100+ ad-free remastered YouTube practices, community forum, LIVE monthly video calls, free app (videos downloadable and viewable offline) on my Member Community at https://theyogaranger.vhx.tv.
