The seasons are changing and while you may be excited about the change - your body could be feeling less excited. Many people suffer from digestive issues as the seasons transition - bloating, gas, constipation, pressure, and pain. This practice is meant to help you ease into the seasonal change and help your body - specifically your spleen and stomach (Equinox related meridians) - to adjust efficiently and painlessly.
Along with physical transitions, your mind may feel like it is whirling and the world going too fast - this practice uses several breathing techniques and mantras to help you slow your mind down and refocus.
